Our library is at your disposal.

Unique to the Prieuré is the chapel, with its splendid stained glass windows commissioned by Monseigneur Gely, bishop of Mende, at the beginning of the 20th century.
One of the finest tables d'hôtes in the region.

Taste and discover the local produce, often sourced from organic farms, varied according to the best ingredients available at the day's market and the imagination of chef Jean-Louis.
Mealtimes provide opportunities to enjoy both good food and good company.
You'll taste regional specialties like aligot (a puree of potato with melted cheese), farçou (a savoury pasty), charcuterie and dairy produce like Roquefort cheese, as well as Jean-Louis' own specialities.
Our menus represent a carefully designed culinary balance, enabling you to discover, explore and enjoy the different flavours of regional produce.
